The company Kolomvaki Afroditi and Co, LP – MASTELKO (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) is headquartered in Heraklion, Crete. It concerns trade in hydraulic and mechanical equipment for hydraulic, heating and air-conditioning installations, solar/thermal and hot water recycling systems. We also specialize in water treatment and pool maintenance products.
The company offers experience, products and services that solve our customers’ problems in anything related to air conditioning, heating and plumbing of the household or their business premises, by means of an effective operating model.
The COMPANY created this website for the sole purpose of serving their customers. Our e-shop is simple to use and is designed to meet the specific needs of each user. In order to achieve your best service, it is important that you, our customer, or the user of our e-shop understands that you must provide us with specific information concerning the processing of your order and which is kept by us.
This personal Data protection Declaration and its attached Terms and Conditions of Use of this website describe the method of data collection from mastelko.gr website, the use of this data by us and the terms and conditions of use of this website. This Personal Data Protection Statement refers exclusively to your personal data, which you provide to us during your orders on the website.

How long do we keep your personal data?

After you stop being a customer, we may retain your data for up to ten years, after your last purchase when we used your personal data. In that case, we will ensure that your confidentiality is protected and used only for those purposes.
