Withdrawing-Returns of products
You have the right to return the products you purchased, with no charge and without having to explain the reason for which you wish to return the products within five (5) business days from the date you receive the goods. In this case you will only be charged with the direct cost of returning the products with a responsible transportation company for which you bear the expense as well as the whole procedure.
Returns will be accepted on condition that you contact the COMPANY the same day or the following business day.
For the products to be returned, they need to be in the same condition in which you received them, meaning without having unsealed or having opened the packaging, just as they were before the sale, in their full initial packaging as you received them from our store (or the transportation company). To accept the return, the original purchase document has to be presented (retail receipt, invoice) by the person who originally purchased the product and whose personal information is on the purchase document.
To avoid any discomfort, it is advisable to carefully check, when receiving the order, the condition of the products you receive and the intact packaging, so as to ascertain that there are no obvious defects (e.g. wrong product, damaged goods while transferring etc).

In case you return the products and depending on, firstly the way you chose to pay for your order and secondly the way its return will be made, the return of your money (should you not wish to credit it to your personal customer’s account and be used in a following order) will be complete within five (5) business days from the date we receive the products.
